I kept an eye on this business for about a year before finally deciding to make a purchase. I appreciated the simplicity of their clothing, but honestly, I’d rather hold onto my cash than deal with any company that doesn’t show their customers the care they deserve. I made an order three weeks back. I’ve reached out via email to ask about my order, but all I got was a generic automated reply that didn’t address my worries at all. I ordered this for an event happening next week, trying to give them enough time since they’re based in Georgia. Still, I haven’t received the item or even a delivery date. If you’re gonna take folks' hard-earned money, the least you could do is keep them in the loop about any delays or issues. But they’ve taken my cash and haven’t sent the product. I checked with UPS using the tracking number they provided, and it shows that the item hasn’t even been handed over to them, and it’s been like that for a whole week. Seriously, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY; you’ll be grateful you listened.

I’ve sent emails inquiring about the order in which they would send a generic automated response back not addressing my concerns and questions. I placed this order for a event I have next week. Trying to give enough time since it’s based out of Georgia. I have yet to receive the item or even a delivery day. If you are going to take customers money which they work hard for. The least you can do is effectively communicate any delays or whatever. But they have took my money and not sent the item. I went to UPS to look up the tracking number they sent me and it says the item has not been given to UPS and it said this for a whole week. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY you will thank me later.

I placed an order for a dress on September 28th. It was listed as a 'pre-order' on their site and was supposed to ship in 15 days. I reached out via email to get a tracking number, and they told me it would be sent out the next week—still nothing. I followed up again, asking for either a tracking number or my money back—again, no response. Eventually, I insisted on a refund and asked for confirmation within a day. They finally processed the refund today. This company claims to be based in Georgia, while I'm in Michigan. It shouldn't take more than 30 days to receive an order. NEVER AGAIN!

Emailed them and asked for a tracking number, and they said it would be out the following week--nothing. Emailed again, requesting a tracking number or a refund---nothing. Finally demanded a refund and confirmation within 24 hours. They sent a refund today. This company is supposed to be in Georgia, I live in Michigan. It should not take over 30 days to get merchandise. NEVER AGAIN!
